Hopper

The hopper is constructed from heavy guage steel and is powder coated internally and externally or painted with corrosion and abrasion resistant paint.

The hopper actuation is electric over hydraulic and it is raised by two double acting hydraulic cylinders fitted with anti drop valves. Electric vibrators are fitted as standard to assist in the discharge of debris. The hoppers have two inspection doors and one discharge door.

Schwarze builds the entire sweeper body, rear door and hopper from stainless steel.
