The debris laden air enters the hoppel at an angle and is directed towards the right rear of the hopper. As the litter is deposited, the air continues in a circular motion and after passing through a filter is drawn back into the blower unit to begin its action again. As the debris is packed into the hopper under pressure, rather than just dropped in, the hopper's space is more efficiently and densely loaded, thereby increasing payload capacity.

How does the SprayPatcher work? 

Road patching maintenance with aggregate material and asphalt emulsion patching material makes easy work of road surface repair.

Clean: Dust and debris are blown from the hole by a high velocity blower to create a clean surface.

Tack: Asphalt emulsion is sprayed to seal and create a binder for the repair.

Fill and Compact: Asphalt emulsion and aggregate are combined to create a high density repair, compacted from the bottom up for superior quality and durability.

Dry Coat: The repair is topped off with aggregate to allow immediate traffic on the new surface.
